Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to website design, build, and hosting services provided by Crestbrook Digital ("we", "us"). By instructing us to begin work, you ("the client") agree to the terms below.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Our services
Crestbrook Digital provides website design, build, and hosting services. The scope of work delivered depends on the package selected (Lite, Air, or Max) and, where applicable, the ongoing hosting plan chosen (Core, Managed, or Full). Specific deliverables, page counts, and included features are as listed on our website at the time of engagement.
2. Ownership and management
While an active hosting or management plan is in place, Crestbrook Digital owns and manages the technical setup that keeps your website live. This includes the hosting account, server configuration, and underlying infrastructure. The website's design, content, and branding remain associated with the client's business.
On termination of a hosting or management plan, Crestbrook Digital will export the website's design files and provide them to the client so the site can be rebuilt or moved to a new provider.
3. Fees and price changes
One-off website build fees are payable at the start of the project as agreed in writing. Hosting and management plans are billed monthly in advance. Any price change to an ongoing hosting or management plan requires at least 30 days' written notice.
4. Term and termination
Hosting and management plans roll on a monthly basis. Either party may terminate a plan with at least 30 days' written notice (email is sufficient). On termination, Crestbrook Digital will export design files and support a reasonable handover of the domain and any connected services to the client or their chosen provider.
5. Payment
Invoices are due in line with the terms shown on each invoice. Where an account is significantly overdue, work or hosting services may be paused until payment is received. We will always contact the client before any pause and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve the balance.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care in the delivery of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
